We are honored to have been involved in a project aimed at revitalizing the NTT Telephone Exchange, which had been idle for 48 years, into a participatory community facility. We were responsible for the architectural and equipment implementation design assistance for this project.

To meet current needs, we maximized the efficiency of the space by incorporating shared facilities such as a communal kitchen, dance studio, and coworking space. Through community feedback, we transformed it into a place that many people have come to love.
