【Background】

We are undertaking a project for the architectural planning and design of facilities in front of a city's station. In addition to our targeted site for the project, we have been conducting on-site surveys and resident interviews in the station area, while simultaneously carrying out planning and design.

With the concept of the facilities - creating a connection between people (WA) and connecting them with the future (TO) - we aim to bring excitement to everyone's lives, and we have tentatively given it a name.

【Highlight】

• The layout and floor plan connect the dispersed buildings, utilizing the scale of the town, and creating convenient mobility.

• The interior and rooftop decks are interconnected like circuits, creating opportunities for facility users and children to encounter different elements while moving.

• The facility allows access from four directions, including pedestrian paths outside the main road, and all four facades can be opened.

• The facility facilitates the use and spatial design that helps customers create personalized journeys.

• It incorporates local materials to create a vibrant wooden space with a large area.
